I have always had a pretty “ intelligent and intuitive “ body since I was a little girl. I never liked meat or dairy products. as a result, I started cooking for myself at age 7. I am always researching human health and diet. I started with food and then became interested in anatomy. This led to further research about the human body and ultimately to studying massage. I have been a massage therapist for over 10 years. This field has taught me that our physical and emotional state is Yin and Yang, and massage helps balance them. I always tell clients that massage sometimes is needed for our mind more than for our body. During the massage, the body releases endorphins, which are natural pain killers. I love trying different styles and approaches to massage - my new obsession is Ashiatsu ( barefoot massage with deep compression pressure and a myofascial release ). I call it - a pleasant deep tissue massage.

Dr. Taylor Hoskins
Dr. Taylor Hoskins found her love for chiropractic early in life, not from a textbook but from experience. As a teenager, her health took a serious downturn, and chiropractic was one of the only things that helped her feel like herself again. It was the moment she realized healing can be both simple and powerful when you support the nervous system and treat the body as a connected whole.
Dr. Taylor graduated from Life University within the Research Track and has been caring for patients for 7 years, including as the owner and operator of her own successful practice. Her style is simple: listen well, explain things clearly, and deliver the best care to the person in front of her. There is no “one size fits all” approach. Patients often describe her as calming, honest, and thorough, and she takes pride in helping patients feel safe, understood, confident and empowered in their body.
One of Dr. Taylor’s biggest focuses is stress and its effect on the body. Stress doesn’t just live in your mind—it shows up in your muscles, your sleep, your digestion, your energy, your recovery, and your ability to be your best self. She has both seen and experienced how chiropractic care can help the body become more adaptable and resilient, so you can handle life with less tension and more capacity.
In her free time, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family (including her dogs), trying new restaurants, practicing yoga, studying astrology, and traveling.

Soft Wave Therapy
Tissue Regeneration Therapy via Softwave therapy is an effective approach for healing the human body. The acoustic waves stimulate your body’s natural process for self repair. It is FDA approved!
● This technology is not new! It is a German technology that has been in Europe for 14 years and in the United States for 4 years.
● The Softwaves penetrate deep into damaged tissue which leads to increased mobility and significant reduction in inflammation and pain.
● Stem cell migration is the most important mechanism of SoftWave therapy. The waves cause the cell membrane of damaged cells to become permeable and pass proteins through the membranes via exosomes that mimic cellular injury. This stimulates the body to initiate a biologic cascade for cellular repair. Which includes removal of damaged cells/tissue, generation of stem cell attractants and recruitment of stem cells that lead to new and healthy tissues.
● Softwaves are proven to have a 300% increase in small, medium, and large blood vessels within 12 weeks following the first treatment. The increased blood flow to the area promotes repair/healing, helps fight infections and destroys biofilms that protect sinister bacteria colonies.
